DID YOU KNOW? Perform N Win & Endura Max Product Review

Here at the Distance Depot we think it is important for our customers to have as much knowledge about our products as we do! We will now have a weekly DID YOU KNOW post about a specific product.

Do you already give your horse Electrolytes? Have you been wondering if your horse needs Electrolyte supplements? In this post we will be comparing two of our most popular electrolyte supplements, Perform N Win and Endura Max.

Let’s start with the ingredients
Perform N Win contains Salt, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Dextrose, Sucrose, Calcium Citrate, Fumaric Acid, Citric Acid, Anhydrous, and Silicon Dioxide.

  • ·        Having the Sugars and Glucose in this product provides needed energy.

Endura Max contains Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium

  • ·        The Magnesium plays an important part in the nerve & Muscle function. Horses deficient in this element can show signs of nervousness, wariness, excitability, and muscle tremors.

Perform N Win – Dosage and Absorption

  • ·        For General Use mix 1oz into 1 gallon of water, and let your horse drink. (Many horses need to be taught to drink this mixture)

  • ·        Preloading before and event: You should mix 3oz in 1 gallon of water 1-2 hours before your event

  • ·        Immediately after Event: You should mix 3oz in 1 gallon of water for each hour of work

  • ·        Syringing – You need to add 1-2oz into 60CC of water and mix well. Draw the mixture into a syringe an administer orally to the horse.

Endura Max – Dosage and Absorption
·        1 Scoop = 1oz

  • ·        For Immediate or supplementations we recommend mixing endure max in a syringe with
Yogurt, Apple Sauce, or Maylox. Because Endura Max dissolves differently than preform  N Win it is not recommended to mix with water

Perform N Win – is recommended for all types of Performance Horses
Endura Max – is recommended for Endurance horses in training and competition
